Just a place to lay our heads for the night. There wasn't an ice bucket or coffee maker in the room. Then also discovered they don't do ANYTHING for breakfast - like shouldn't all Baymonts have breakfast by Wyndham standards? Had to ask to have coffee made in the morning before we left.

The employee who checked me into the hotel was very good, but as soon as I got to the room and had to relax and go to sleep, it was as if the hotel was surrounded by construction noises outside, I heard the elevator and not to mention the housekeeping that was very close to me, I had to put up with that until after 1 in the morning. The next day I woke up like a zombie from how little I slept, but I didn't try to ruin my day because of that, the next day it was 8:23 and I received a very rude call from another customer saying that my children were making noise, I said forgive me but give me a few minutes because they were already in bed in the other room with my husband and they were excited, laughing and talking to each other, it was very early in the morning. Saturday, but I respect that, he didn't care what I told him and he called the reception, I received a call again and I told them the same thing, it was my turn to go to sleep and I don't understand the person was bothered by my children's laughter but I never bothered him when the cleaning lady was up until almost 10 at night with the vacuum cleaner, that was very strange! After I had to put up with the cleaning lady, I went to sleep and had to put up with the same thing, elevator people talking I felt like I didn't sleep at all, I paid for a hotel so as not to be cold because I never slept as I should, if you have children they are not welcome here

This hotel had a weird entrance off of the main road. The lady at the front desk was rude and they are having issues with the room keys so you have to keep going to get them reprogrammed, empty linen bags left in the hall all weekend. soft bed and good water pressure. No Breakfast at all

While this is a budget hotel (don't expect a hot breakfast, soft towels or sheets), it is very clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. It is obvious that they take pride in the work they do and are eager to make the guests happy. The location is also convenient to the airport, mall and easy access to the thruway.

Ok for a quick overnight. Other than that don’t bother. Waited almost 10 mins for someone to appear at front desk to check me in. Lobby and elevators were dirty. Shower faucet dripped constantly. Upon departure once again no one was at desk to wait on me. Waited approx 5 mins for someone to appear. Never did so just left key on counter & went bout my way,
